Perry Wilde

Managing Director

Perry Wilde has cultivated over 30 years of experience within the insurance sector, including more than 20 years as a Marine and Aviation underwriter. His insurance career also includes time in insurance broking and reinsurance purchase. For the past five years, Perry has focused on developing the JetSure product and the Falcon brand. His leadership has been instrumental in establishing Falcon MGA as a trusted name in aviation insurance.

Josh Allen

Partner

Josh Allen is a distinguished entrepreneur and executive in the private aviation industry, recognized for his strategic leadership and innovative solutions. As the Founder and CEO of Charter Flight Support, he addresses critical challenges in charter aviation. Allen co-founded Aviation Innovation Holdings (AIH) in June 2023 and expanded into aviation insurance by becoming a partner at Falcon MGA in June 2024.

Tom Filippini

Partner

Tom Filippini is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in the travel and aviation industries, known for founding and scaling innovative businesses. As the co-founder of Exclusive Resorts, he played a pivotal role in building one of the most successful destination clubs in history. Filippini has founded and led multiple aviation-related ventures and currently co-owns Aviation Innovation Holdings with Josh Allen.

Richard Hayes

Director

Richard Hayes is the Founder and Operations Director of Resolution Underwriting Partners Limited, with over 38 years of experience in the (re)insurance markets. Hayes has a results-driven approach, focusing on client service, profitability, and change management. His extensive experience includes operations leadership, underwriting and reinsurance management, and brokerage and claims management.

Sam Bachelor

Director

Sam Bachelor is Head of Europe and Co-Head of UK for Transactional Risks at Nexus Underwriting, a multi-class MGA, where he delivers insurance and risk solutions for transaction liability risks. He is also Managing Director and Founder of Swordstone Consulting Limited, a boutique advisory firm. Previously, Sam was a Partner at Themis Capital and has held roles with Neon Underwriting, Ince & Co LLP, and Aspen Insurance.
